Vocational educational institution presents a complex with two educational buildings, a gym, an exhibition area and a parking lot. Armenian tufa, green roofs and rough concrete were used for exterior finishing. Solar panels are located on the southern fronts; the latter are sunscreen and a perfect choice for energy efficiency. The green roofs of the buildings serve a couple of purposes, among them rainwater collection, sound isolation, maintaining low temperature in summer and heat storage in winter, as well as serving a platform for plantation of green beds of educational significance. The project was developed in cooperation with architect Anush Harutyunyan.
