Founded in Yerevan and later having expanded its branches in the whole Armenia and abroad, Tumo Center for Creative Technologies,
can be considered as one of the most successful educational initiatives in the period of independence of Armenia.
Formed as an extracurricular educational initiative, it became a hub of IT start-ups and comapneis. Adjacent to existing Tumo building, which is near Tumanyan Community Park, it is planned to build several other educational institutions.
Therefore, the development of the Master Plan of Tumo complex was initiated, within the framework of which we aim to integrate new buildings under construction into the urban public life of Halabyan street, meanwhile taking into account the upcoming developments of Abelyan street.
The idea of completing the works of Ajapnyak Metro Station, built during the Soviet years, as well as the idea of integrating Tumanyan Park with the public green areas of the Hrazdan gorge, was put forward.
