The district with private houses built in Yerevan in the 50s of last century is slowly transforming into a district with multi-storey buildings. Trying to ensure that transformation as unobtrusive as possible, the six-story apartment building was transformed into separate buildings to preserve the spirit and scale of the district.
The commercial areas of the first floor, including the common areas of the apartment and the flat roof of general use, will try to provide a semi private house.
